In these uncertain times, Normandy Homes has a variety of options for you to safely tour own homes. As such, we are excited introduce you to NterNow. NterNow allows you to do a self-guided new home tour on a Normandy home on demand. You will use a code to enter the home and be the only one in the home. We sanitize each home after every visit. Nternow a convenient way to tour our stylish move-in ready homes on your own time and schedule. Find your dream home today and tour it on your own schedule. It’s that easy.

Here’s how NterNow works:

Step 1: Find the move-in ready home you would like to tour and click on the Nternow icon.

Step 2: Schedule an appointment by phone or email onlinessales@normandyhomes.com.

Step 3: Receive a personalized digital code to unlock the home.

Step 4: Take your self-guided, private tour.

Your health and safety are paramount to us. We are working hard to create safe conditions for our prospective buyers, our employees and everyone in the community. Our models are open during normal business hours and our employees will always wear masks to ensure safety. We will limit visitors to no more than four at a time and recommend masks where not mandated.
