Rick Davis

Director of Construction

Rick oversees all aspects of the construction process, including supervising all Community Construction Managers, and is responsible for estimating, construction budgeting and quality control. He is also heavily involved in neighborhood association management, new product development, customer relations and the Normandy Homes Customer Care Program.

Normandy welcomed Rick to the company when it was founded in 2009. He began his career in the homebuilding industry by framing houses for his father in 1987 and continued through college. Rick then joined a major homebuilder in the Dallas area first as field manager and then, as an area construction manager. Later he became Director of Recruiting and Development for construction and sales, where he spent two years developing training programs.
