HOA dues are approximately $1,572 annually. The HOA at Hazelwood oversees a wide range of management and maintenance responsibilities for the community. This includes professional community management, annual preparation of federal and state taxes, and corporate registration filings.

The HOA covers insurance, electricity, water, sewer services, and property taxes for all common areas. It also manages irrigation and landscape maintenance, along with individual front-yard maintenance. Additional duties include maintaining perimeter and builder-installed fencing, detention pond upkeep, irrigation system repairs, community signage, and dog stations when applicable.

The HOA also supports long‑term savings for common area needs, maintains the master insurance policy on the building or structure, and provides exterior building maintenance as outlined in the CC&Rs.

    Driving Directions

    Head west on US-380 W/W University Dr/US Highway 380 for nearly two miles, then turn left onto Legacy Drive and continue for about half a mile. Next, turn right onto PGA Parkway and drive for one and a half miles. Turn right onto Rockhill Parkway and continue for another half mile. Turn left onto Inwood Drive and go straight for about 300 feet, then turn left onto Glowstone Trail and continue for nearly 400 feet. Follow the turn where the street becomes Mandrake Trail. You will see both models on either side of the road.
